This policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across major cities in Saudi Arabia.

If your address is classified as a remote location, delivery may take longer or require an additional surcharge. If applicable, we will inform you before dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Riyadh: 1โ€“3 business days

  • Outside Riyadh: 2โ€“5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Orders SAR 500 and above โ†’ Free delivery

  • Orders below SAR 500 โ†’ Flat delivery fee of SAR 35

  • Orders SAR 500 and above โ†’ Free delivery

  • Orders below SAR 500 โ†’ Flat delivery fee of SAR 100

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Bulky Item Delivery Conditions

For mattresses and large items:

  • Customer must ensure proper building access (lift/staircase clearance).

  • Delivery is to ground floor unless otherwise agreed.

  • Re-delivery due to access issues or customer unavailability may incur additional charges.

  • Failed delivery attempts may result in return shipping charges.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or repeated unavailability, additional charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep packaging materials

  • Provide clear photos

  • Contact our support team immediately
