Delivery is usually done in 1-2days in Riyadh, and for orders out of Riyadh, the delivery may take upto 5days, which will be delivered by our delivery partners
Shipping
1. Orders are processed and delivered within 1-3days in Riyadh and in 5days in other cities.
2. Free shipping above 500sr purchase, any purchase below 500sr will incur 35sr delivery charges.
3. A tracking number will be provided for the order and customer will be able to see the on going process with their order.
Returns
1.There are no returns until and unless the product received is in a damaged condition or doesn’t meet the specification mentioned.
2. for mattresses ordered with the wrong sizes there are no returns and the only exception is if the customer can bring it to the factory, then the company will provide the new size at an additional cost + delivery charges or the customer can pick the new piece himself and avoid additional delivery charges.
