At The Mattress Factory, we stand behind the comfort and quality of our mattresses. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Risk-Free Trial on selected products. Please read these terms carefully:

1. Eligibility

• The 7-Day Trial is valid only for purchases made directly through themattressfactorysa.com or authorized sales channels.

• Only one trial mattress per household/address is allowed.

• Trial is available once per customer.

• Payment must be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or transfer to the company’s bank account only.

2. Trial Period

• The trial period starts on the date of delivery.

• The mattress must be used with a protective cover or sheet during the trial to remain eligible for return.

3. Return Process

• If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

• The mattress must be in good, hygienic condition, free from stains, tears, odors, or damage.

• A mattress protector must be used during the trial period.

• We reserve the right to inspect the product before accepting a return.

• Return pickup charges of SAR 50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Policy

• A full refund (excluding pickup charges) will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

• Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

5. Non-Eligibility

• Custom-sized mattresses are not eligible for the trial.

• Damaged, soiled, or unhygienic mattresses will not be accepted.

• This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

6. Abuse of Policy

• The Mattress Factory reserves the right to refuse the trial to customers suspected of policy abuse or fraudulent activity.
